Shipping and Refund Policy

At this time we only are doing returns for store credit. Sorry for any inconvenience, but due to our fast moving merchandise this is our policy in store & online. Returns are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of delivery date. Returns past the two-week mark will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers' expense. Because we offer free shipping, return & exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please include your packing slip in your return!
You may also visit us in store to return an item for store credit.
Sale items  
Only regular priced items may be refunded for store credit, unfortunately sale items are final sale.

Our Inventory is constantly changing so exchanges are not likely but can be requested on the packing slip or give us a call. We will perform the exchange if the item requested is in stock at the time. If it’s out of stock, store credit will be issued!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
